Dr.
Lorraine Sgarlato-Inducci, Au.D.

Dr. Inducci is a Board Certified and Licensed
Audiologist. Her experience spans over 25 years in the health field
working in hospitals and clinics throughout Florida, New Jersey, New
York and Pennsylvania. She is on staff at Robert Wood Johnson
University Hospital, Hamilton New Jersey.
In 1979 Dr. Inducci received her B.S. in
Psychology from Brooklyn College. In 1981 she obtained a Master's
degree in Speech Pathology/Audiology from Adelphi University. In 2002
Dr. Inducci graduated from Salus University (formerly the Pennsylvania
College of Optometry/School of Audiology) with a clinical doctorate
degree in Audiology. She is board certified and has held the
Certificate of Clinical Competence issued by American Speech Hearing
Language Association since 1984.
Dr. Inducci established a private practice in
Newtown, Pennsylvania in early 1996 to help treat children who suffer
from various types of language learning disabilities. She outgrew her
facility in 2006 and is currently located in the Makefield Executive
Quarters, Yardley, Pennsylvania. Her practice concentrates on programs
and therapies to address children and adults with various degrees of
difficulties in: Reading, Writing, Memory, Processing, Motor
Coordination, Speech/Language disorders. Her techniques are
non-invasive and use a holistic approach. The patient population served
is quite diverse. At one end of the spectrum she treats adults with
“Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, Stroke, and Traumatic Brain
Injury” along with children with “Autism, P.D.D., A.D.H.D., A.P.D., and
Dyslexia”, and at the other end of the spectrum she treats children
with mild reading problems, and normal functioning adults seeking
programs to improve memory function.
As one of the experts in the field of auditory
processing disorders, Dr. Inducci lectures to community groups and
organizations locally as well as nationally on topics such as “Brain
Fitness As We Age”, “Improving Brain Function in Children and Adults”,
“What is an Auditory Processing Disorder and How is it Different from
A.D.H.D.”., “Autism: Diagnosis and Treatment from an Hearing
Specialist’s Perspective”, “Balance Disorders and Vestibular Therapy”,
“Therapeutic Interventions to Improve the Brain’s Internal Clock”.
Dr. Inducci has been trained in many types of
programs and therapies including “Lindamood-Bell”, “Fast ForWord”,
"Interactive Metronome“, "The Listening Program” to name a few. She is
also a course lecturer for the Certification course of the Interactive
Metronome program.
Dr. Lorraine serves on the Clinical Advisory
Board of the Interactive
Metronome.
Jenna
Inducci MS, OTR/L
Jenna Inducci received a Bachelor’s degree in 2006 from Hunter College,
City University of New York. In 2008 she continued on to receive her
Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Thomas Jefferson
University. Jenna received a specialization in Sensory Integration
Therapy. Her research thesis was performed on the effectiveness of the
Interactive Metronome on a child with Autism. She has worked for the
Reading Clinic of Bucks County since 1999 and has extensive experience
in therapy programs such as Fast ForWord, Lexia, The Listening Program.
Jenna is certified in R.E.I. and Interactive Metronome..
Gail
Kantor
Gail Kantor graduated as a summa cum laude
student obtaining a
Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Temple University. She was Vice
President of Omicron Delta Epsilon, the national Economics Honor
Society. Fulfilling her lifetime desire to teach and make a difference
in the world, Gail returned to school where she obtained her Master's
Degree in Elementary Education, graduating with a 4.0 average while
working full time and raising a family. Gail has experience in emergent
literacy, having taught in kindergarten and first grades as well as 5th
and 6th grade, her current position. She has been working at our since
2006. Gail is proficient in all of the programs and therapies offered
including the Lindamood-Bell program. She helped to develop our “Learn
to Write” program.
Susan
Ranieri
Susan Ranieri graduated from Holy Family College, now known as Holy
Family University, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary
Education. After graduation, Susan taught second grade in a
self-contained classroom for two years. She then taught sixth grade
Integrated Language Arts, Social Studies, and Science for four years.
Susan stopped teaching full-time to stay home with her two children,
Nicholas and Lauren. Susan spent time teaching Reading, Writing, Math
and Study Skills at Sylvan Learning Center for three years. Susan came
to our facility in April of 2006 and we were thrilled. She is an
excellent teacher and has been trained in all the Lindamood Bell
programs. She helped develop our “Learn to Write” program.
Amy
McEachern
Amy graduated from Kutztown University in 1996, with a Bachelor's
degree in Elementary Education and a concentration in Early Childhood
Education. She continued on to graduate school at Holy Family
University where she earned her certification in Special Education. Amy
has been working for The Reading Clinic of Bucks County since 1998. Amy
has also worked as a preschool teacher for children ages 3 to 5. Amy
enjoys working one-on-one with students and teaching them the skills
they need to be better learners. This is what she says about her
experience working for The Reading Clinic of Bucks County, "It is a
very satisfying job because it allows me to be an integral part of the
learning process with the children. I get to see first hand their
achievements and how they carry over the skills we teach them to
everyday life". Amy has been trained in all the Lindamood Bell programs
and helped develop our “Learn to Write” program.
Kristen
Littley
Kristen Littley is a May 2006 graduate of Bloomsburg University with a
Bachelor’s of Science degree in Education. She holds a dual
certification in Elementary and Special Education. Currently, Kristen
is employed by the Pennsbury School District at Walt Disney Elementary
School. She is a fifth grade itinerant learning support teacher for
Reading and Language Arts. Kristen has been working at the Reading
Clinic of Bucks County since her graduation in May of 2006. She has
been trained in all the Lindamood Bell programs.
Lindsay McKenna
Lindsay McKenna graduated from Millersville University with a dual
certification in Elementary Education and Special Education. Lindsay is
also certified in English as a Second Language and is currently
completing her masters as a Reading Specialist. Presently, Lindsay is
teaching middle school emotional support and has been for the past two
years. Lindsay worked for the Reading Clinic of Bucks County throughout
high school and started working there again in 2008. She has been
trained in all the Lindamood Bell programs and helped to develop our
“Learn to Write” program.
